Out of the greater Boston area: I had only one issue with pick up and one issue with billing in a year and a half. Out of no where I get an email and a call and another email from the "new rep" and suddenly I can't schedule my own additional pick ups, despite the available pick up days and times being listed in my profile my September 1st pick up (yes Labor Day) was moved to the week prior on a day my office is not listed as open in the profile. BEWARE!!!! DO NOT SIGN A CONTRACT WITH THIS COMPANY. SERVICE IS TERRIBLE. THEY OVER CHARGE, THEY MAKE IT IMPOSSIBLE TO CANCEL SERVICE WITHOUT OUTRAGEOUS FEES. FIND ANY OTHER COMPANY TO WORK WITH. DO NOT ACCEPT THEIR SERVICES!!!!!!!
Overall poor service and follow through. We arranged to have a bulk shredding completed for where I work. The delivery driver didn't show up when he was supposed to, he didn't have the correct number of containers that that we committed to, which meant we had to keep refilling the one container. The driver doesn't load materials, so my staff and I had to and it took WAY longer than it should have.
