WORST SHREDDING COMPANY I HAVE EVER USED. VERY INEFFICIENT. WILL NOT USE THEM AGAIN
Terrible communication, they have no problem taking your money every month and not delivering the service as promise. Its been 1 year and I still have not seen Stericycle truck to my place of business for pick up. They kept making up excuses as to why they could make the scheduled appointment as promise one being they forgot and another they did not see the appointment in their system after I called multiple times to confirm the date. NOT ACCEPTABLE. This is Fraudulent.
It was a pleasure working with them to get our new office up and running.
