worthless company!!! I would not recommend them to anyone. i have called and cancelled my account over 3 weeks ago was told a different department would handle it. it was never handled and i got billed again. have called 3 times and get the same run around every time. TRASH company. Never set up my first bin drop off had to do it myself company got confused tried to charge me more money. Multiple calls from different sales reps trying to update my service. Highly over priced. Nightmare trying to schedule a pick ups your call center is outsourced with multiple different departments. Can’t get straight answers from anybody. For over 2 years we cancelled service with Stericycle and changed to a different company. Although Stericycle doesn't provide any service to us, they keep sending bills and charging like they still provide service for us. We have sent emails, letters, spoke with different managers and nothing has changed. This is the worst managed company I had to deal in my 30 years as a dentist. Would be getting a lawyer be our next step?
If 0 were possible, I would give 0. Every month, no exaggeration trying to schedule and reschedule pick ups, trying to get an explanation of the bill that only gets bigger. No one is there to explain anything, only to start a ticket. I see I am not the only one with this issue, but hopefully people take these reviews seriously.
Terrible. They bill you for services not rendered, or for someone else's services. You contact them to correct things and they don't bother to respond. My favorite part is when they refer you to collections and you get threatening text messages on a personal phone not even associated with the account.
