Bad company horrible employees bad drivers training
they are professional and courteous and always come on time..
Pick-up of our biomedical waste is quick, professional and efficient. I don't love their online portal though. The auto-pay option never works. Not a big deal as I go into the portal every month to process payment. They do have several good resources on their website, which is helpful.
Expert, reliable and expedient service
This company is the absolute worst. I called on 10/3 to order boxes and schedule a pick up. They said someone from the local branch would call me to schedule. Never recieved a call. I had to have another company do the pick up on the 8th. I recieved an invoice for $400 for a "pick up" on they supposedly did on the15th. No pick up was ever done by these people!!!! Now customer service is saying they can't remove the invoice but they can give me credit for a future pick up. Absolutely not! Remove this invoice from my account .... read more
