Their website sucks they’re training modules don’t work you’ll end up Retaking the same training module 3 to 4 times before it actually unlocks the test that was supposed to unlock originally. It’s a complete waste of time I would never recommend this company to anybody. They also are always late with their pick ups
No one responds to emails even though we are a customer. Canceling and going to a competitor.
If I could give them a negative number regarding service and problem solving. They constantly apologize for not fixing a problem but still do nothing about it. If you complain too much, the become rude and insulting. If you are considering this company for any of your shredding needs, I would say run..........
This is the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Been waiting on a box for sharps for three months. On the phone with someone trying to figure this out once a week and no resolution. Hopefully today I’ll receive something. Then if I want to cancel this service it’s 50 percent of the overall cost. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. If anyone is looking for a company to use go to med pro or someone els this definitely isn’t worth the time money or energy. Sincerely a very unhappy customer!!!
