This is the worst. I've been charged for extra "pick ups" every time they come because even though they have our business hours in our account, they show up during non-business hours! And then charge us! So I'm on hold trying to get refunded for several hundred $ overcharged.
I had a very bad experience with this company. They charged me around $950 for two issues combined. First, their team came to my dental clinic without informing me, even though I had clearly stated they must notify me before any visit—especially since the clinic was closed at the time. Second, during a medical waste pickup, they took an extra box and told my manager it was covered under our contract and would be free.
