Stay away from this company. I have cancelled my service and they continue to bill me. They are unprofessional and scammers. Stay away!!
I think the recent acquisition from Waste Management has killed this branch. I have submitted 10 tickets through customer service (they are useless), and had to reschedule my pickup 2 times because my waste has not been picked up for 2 months. I am cancelling this service and wish this unresponsive branch the best. I hope they can get their act together.
Long time client-wish I could give 0 stars. Extremely unreliable and unprofessional. Been trying to cancel my account for months-countless phone calls and emails sent with nothing in return. Such horrible customer service I am so beyond disappointed. Sending a letter to corporate as all other avenues have been exhausted.
