Would also give a zero rating to this company if possible. We were notified of an increased price of over $100 per month and called to cancel when we were told we could cancel service if we disagreed with the rate increase. The overseas call center (Alli) said it was canceled on 4/8, on 4/23 we were called by Kyle Bennetts from the customer service center in Illinois to say we needed to pay 5,448 or the increased rate and would beet out of the contract. This is not a legitimate company and do not sign any contracts.

Bad company. Tried to commit billing fraud for shredding services. Their services were overpriced so I went with a different company for shredding. I never signed their contract that they sent over. I scheduled a service with the other company. A week later, this company shows up saying they were supposed to do it. I told them it’s already been done. They said ok then please sign our paper.
