This company is a joke beware of their contracts... they " auto renew " after 3 years of service. A rep will come in and sell you gold and walk away for you to deal with drivers that are on their phones and not paying attention to their medical waste pickups. I was scheduled for bi monthly pickups and they missed one of their pickup dates well guess what good luck on them getting another driver out while your medical waste is piling up took them another 3 weeks! Extremely disappointing experience with Stericycle. The onboarding process was completely disorganized. We were bounced through multiple departments, repeatedly told we’d receive call backs that never happened, and spent far more time chasing communication than actually getting service set up. After multiple failed attempts to move things forward, we decided to take our business elsewhere. The difference was night and day. If I could give them a zero, I would. They used to be a good company, but no more. Customer service is horrible. They repeatedly mess up their pick-ups. They either don't show up, only pick up half our bins or reschedule without letting us know. When you call customer service, you never get a direct answer. They always have to get back to you, and they never do. Cannot wait to switch companies.
I would avoid at all costs. Small business who used them for medical waste pickup. Numerous problems with every pickup: -wouldn't tell us the pickup date; -would change the pickup date (online) w/o telling us; -would say on their manifest that they came to our office, and we were closed (even though we were open) -would say that they came to our office, but we did not have any waste even though they actually did not show up. As a physician for 30 years, I can honestly say they are the worst company I have ever dealt with. Avoid them if you can.
