Stericycle driver are unprofessional and reckless. On top of that management doesn't get back to you at a timely matter. If I could leave zero star i would.
As a small business owner, I was told by a Stericycle sales rep that I would only be charged if I used the service. Based on that, I signed what I thought was a flexible, as-needed agreement. I later found out I was locked into a 5-year contract with monthly charges regardless of usage and that $2,000 in charges had piled up — and I never even had access to an online account to view billing. On the plus side they show up when they are scheduled and take your paper to shred. On the down side, they have the most opaque and difficult to use customer service system ever. Lot's of companies offshore their call center, but this is more than that. The customer service process is tedious at best. Whether you call or email they open a ticket. I've been trying to cancel my account since May 10th. I keep being told someone will reach out from the cancellation department but nobody ever does. They are unable to connect me with anyone that can cancel the account so we have been continued to be charged for services.
