Professional and courteous.
Front desk lady is rude
The driver is always great and friendly, but this company scammed me into a LONG-TERM CONTRACT. Do not trust their salespeople when they call. They were not up-front about what I was going into. I don't even use their services and don't have anything to pick-up, but they won't let me out of the contract. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!!! If they call you, watch everything that they send you VERY CLOSELY!
