I have been a customer of Stericycle since August of 2022. The first year I had no issues with drivers or pick ups. In July of 2023, they took a nosedive off a cliff and service has been absolutely atrocious. I’ve had multiple missed pick ups, the most recent being the past 2 months. I requested a cancellation of my account because it was happening so frequently and outside of business hours.
