This company will screw you. I hired Stericycle in early March, and it has been a nightmare. They scheduled my first pickup for April 29, then tried to charge me for the month of March despite not providing any services for that month. They told me I’d be receiving a sealable, plastic transport container. Instead I received cardboard boxes. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM Don't do business with them. They wil agree to a contract they will not fullfill. They will charge you for for not doing their end of the contract and when you call to complain. They will not know any of your account information. Then when you don't pay, because they never show up to do their job. They will send you to collections knowing they failed to do their job.
