The manager and the supervisor is just careless they donot care about ur time even if they trailer is ready ,to get the bill of leading or asking something to be done, you would be crying to get that paper ,I wish new manager would take it over this place and get straight up, such a bom management

I bought a practice (NOT the LLC) and continued payment on the account without being made aware there was a contract signed by the previous owner, under her LLC. I discontinued the services because I wanted to go with a company owned by one of my patients, someone local. This is when I was made aware of a contract. Now they are trying to say I was obligated to the previous owner’s contract even though I never signed the contract. And neither did anyone under my LLC. Worse company that I have ever dealt with! I have not had a medical waste pick up since January of 2024 and we are weeks away from January 2025. I called to cancel the service and was met with several steps. I stopped paying them due to lack of service. They have sent multiple email regarding delinquent payments and I have called spoken with customer service several times regarding the lack pick ups. DO NOT sign up with this company!! They will not listen and will lie to you saying that you cancel their "services" but they keep sending the bill and keep saying that we owe them. We do not want their services! We have been trying for couple of months! They will screw you over! They never show up and take care of it. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!
