Absolutely terrible service. No pick ups in at least the last three months. It’s supposed to be monthly. Driver fakes our staff signatures for pick up. Paying for services not rendered. You can’t reach anyone beyond the call center. Made 3 complaints, no calls back after being told someone will reach out. Apparently no one up there has a phone number or email according to the call center. Staff watched the driver drive through our parking lot today. Did not stop and get out, just kept on going.
As of late, Steri-Cycle service has been great, a big change from when I first opened. On time pick-ups and improved customer service.
My organization hired Stericycle for monthly biohazard disposal in April & in those eight months, we had a grand total of THREE successful pick ups. On two separate occasions, 110 gal of bio hazardous waste sat in my office for over THREE MONTHS while I desperately tried to arrange disposal, but it ultimately took me going off about the situation to the customer service agent before anything was done.
