I am NOT happy with this company one of there drivers ran me and my dad off inner state 205 and then decided to make inappropriate slurs
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE ANYWHERE! I wouldn’t use them again ever. It’s February 2024 and I’m STILL waiting for them to clear payment made on our acct in 2022! If I could share a picture of my acct payments due and received I would. Run far far faaaar away from them. They really aren’t even worth the 1.4 stars listed!
Countless times they had missed scheduled pick up dates. They "reset" their system and it apparently kicked us out of their system? Very frustrating customer service, what little customer service there was. Do yourself a favor and do your research before you hire this company. (:
We employed them as a shred service and they were horrible. Their customer service deplorable and they canceled pickups twice because of weather. It was raining. Do not employ this company!
