Do not recommend! Tim was super condescending and terrible at customer service!! Kept wanting to schedule a teams meeting verse fix the issue that we were having. Over charging us for “two boxes” when we’ve only ever had one box and don’t even have the space to have two! We have been a customer for four years but I quickly cancelled our plan immediately because I’m not giving this company another dollar! Shady contracts, terrible way to do business. Will implement an auto renewal of a five year contract in fine print, then charge the remaining cost of the service to cancel.
This company is terrible. There is no way of speaking with anyone on the phone. Medical waste is piling up and they keep missing the pick-up dates.
This company is HORRIBLE to deal with. They source out the calls to who knows where. You never speak with anyone who knows what they are doing. No follow ups, no resolution to our problem. I have bills for visits they were never even here and then they don't even show up on our scheduled visit. Absolutely pathetic customer service.
This company was the worst to deal with that I’ve ever experienced. Horrible customer service and unacceptable follow up by management. I would recommend you avoid them at all costs. Seriously, it was miserable dealing with them.
