They don’t return calls and front desk lady is unfriendly and crass at the downtown San Antonio location.

They do not return your call within 24 or 48 hours, as their voice claims. I have tried calling since May and it’s impossible to get ahold of them. Out of maybe 20+ calls, we’ve gotten 1 returned call. We sent them a check over a month ago. They have yet to cash it. I do not recommend their services because of the obvious, lack of communication/lack of human interaction. You can only leave a voicemail, there are no other options.

I’ve been trying to help my spouse resolve an outstanding payment issue with this law office for weeks, but the experience has been incredibly frustrating. Despite my efforts to reach out daily, they’ve been unresponsive and unable to provide clarity (or even an estimate) on the exact amount owed. We are more than willing to settle my obligations, but the lack of communication and support has made it impossible to do so.
