Absolutely horrid. There's a no refund policy which I'm completely OK with - luckily, they have an "exchange only" policy within 14 days. Awesome, right? Last week, the boots that I bought were on sale and the store was giving a $30 discount if you bought 3 pairs of boots. I didn't like one of the pairs so I went back to exchange them (they were still in their box, brand new) and the store was still having the $30 discount. So, the store calculates the differences in prices with taxes and wants to charge me the difference. C... read more
