I highly recommend a visit to Jo for some Bowen Therapy, it has made an astounding difference for me in so many ways. Chronic pain, anxiety and inflammation have all been reduced and/or eliminated. This is truly an amazing modality- gentle, non-invasive and best of all it resets the body allowing it to function in ease.
Have been seeing Jo for 12 months..I used to suffer from chronic Cluster Headaches..so bad I was often hospitalized. The last head ache was May 2019..she has also been instrumental in getting my mobility back to normal since a hip replacement in Jul 2019..can,'t recommend her highly enough..
I am so glad I went to Stepping Stones to Health. Bowen has helped me get rid of my back and shoulder pain from gardening and my knee pain from dancing. Jo is an amazing, friendly practitioner with a wealth of knowledge and Bowen Therapy is a life saver.

Jo is amazing would highly recommend to see her she really knows her stuff. I was struggling with my back and could barley walk was in so much pain went and seen Jo and the next day wasn’t painful, a few days later and no pain at all and feel amazing!
