Spinal Flow has provided positive results for years of chronic neck pain. It has improved mobility in my neck where other forms of treatment have only provided temporary results.

Spinal Flow is amazing. Prior to receiving spinal flow sessions I had trouble doing sit-ups for years, due to the fact that my tailbone used to point to the left from a past injury. After 3 spinal flow sessions with Carmen, she noticed my tailbone had aligned. After completing 100 sit-ups in one of my cross fit classes I noticed I didn’t have a problem with my tailbone. Since then I have been able to do sit ups with no problem at all. Carmen is amazing and am so happy to have found this form of healing!
