I met with Helen for a few month. In the first session, she laid out a framework of how the mind works that resonated with me deeply, and we’ve worked on applying it ever since. I have grown emotionally, and spiritually, and come to accept parts of myself I’d hardly known existed. Where to start... Helen was so amazing and comforting during the whole process. I had 3 total appointments. The first appointment was a learning one. She walks you through the process and you discuss what you are needing to work on. We started the actual hypnosis on the second appointment and my main concerns were to stop vaping, work on my self confidence and loving myself. Therapy in the past felt like me doing a lot of talking without coming to any kind of satisfactory conclusions. Helen and stepping stones felt different. With hypno therapy I was able to do a deep dive into the last few years of my life and really decipher the past. After just a few sessions I felt like I had the skills and tool to catch the cycles and patterns in my mind that led to self sabotage.
