Where to start... Helen was so amazing and comforting during the whole process. I had 3 total appointments. The first appointment was a learning one. She walks you through the process and you discuss what you are needing to work on. We started the actual hypnosis on the second appointment and my main concerns were to stop vaping, work on my self confidence and loving myself.
