My family has been using Stepping Stone Services for the past 15+ years. Lori has always been wonderful, thorough and very professional. As someone who knows very little about income tax, she explained everything, including returns and the "fine print" of things so there was no questions. Her responses are always timely and we have so appreciated her over the many years with the company. We look forward to hopefully many more years to come! Thank you Stepping Stone Services.
Would not recommend. Used stepping stone services for 7+ years and they cost my business tens of thousands of dollars in mistakes they made that they blamed on me. They made their overwhelmed office problems and lack of experience my problems not their own.
