Mike Herborn and Margaret Henry of Stepping Stone could not have done a better job for me in getting a reverse mortgage for a house I inherited. My situation had numerous hurdles to get over and other unique aspects that they dealt with and resolved. Stepping Stone was incredibly organized and helpful. They kept us on track for a quick closing on our house, were always available for questions, and reached out quickly when they needed something from us. This is our second time working with Paul. We were a couple weeks from closing when our financing fell through. One of the realtors recommended Paul with Stepping Stone Mortgage, telling us that he was one of the best. Paul totally saved the day! He got us a better interest rate, a lower monthly payment, and he made our dream of home ownership come true.
