Great business I’ve been going to for years!
I would not recommend this business to complete your taxes. We had them file them due to us getting married but wanting to file separately and because we also bought a house in the year. The person who completed our taxes had no idea what they were doing. He called us multiple times to get information that we had already given him and then when we picked them we noticed they were done incorrectly. This company uses paper, not a computer, to keep track of everything. When I showed up for my appointment, they had my brothers file - not mine. That should have been my first clue that things would not go well. Then, when they e-filed my taxes, they added digits to my account number. It should have been 10000xxxxx. They e-filed it as 010000xxxx-00001. That caused the direct deposit to fail and now my state & federal refunds are delayed 3-4 weeks because an actual check has to be mailed.
