This company uses paper, not a computer, to keep track of everything. When I showed up for my appointment, they had my brothers file - not mine. That should have been my first clue that things would not go well. Then, when they e-filed my taxes, they added digits to my account number. It should have been 10000xxxxx. They e-filed it as 010000xxxx-00001. That caused the direct deposit to fail and now my state & federal refunds are delayed 3-4 weeks because an actual check has to be mailed.
