A 1star rating is too much for this place. I had one of the most upsetting experiences I’ve ever had at a business. The middle-aged blonde woman I spoke to was very unhelpful, could not offer any kind of assistance with the door mechanism I needed to replace. She kept saying "what do you want me to say" when I asked for help and could not even make a suggestion of where else I could go. If you don’t know how to help, just say that, don’t treat customers with hostility. She needs to go to a customer service course immediately... read more
Was interesting once, not now; just another homeware outlet with small amount of stock.
Offerings have reduced over the years and can see it's not what it used to be and has little stock. Shame really as it could be more and need reinvigorating.
I used to come here before we went ice skating as kids. We were from the country so it was super cool seeing all the big animals, the trex was always a fave. When I own my own home, I'd love one of the animals for the yard
