I reported this on Friday lunchtime and said he would escalate this the passenger was laughing and the driver attitude was “smug” The raised grass area had black bollards clearly suggesting it is a no parking area. After reading your website I did not think it was the same company!!!
Stephens provided us an extremely professional and courteous removals service. They were flexible in accommodating some uncertainty in our move date and gave us options. The loading and unloading of our belongings was great, and the disassembly and reassembly of some furniture. I would recommend Stephens and use them again in the future.
The guys were very careful, practical, efficient and pleasant. Both the packing up and moving out, then the moving in, all went very smoothly. The company was recommended to us and we in turn now also highly recommend them.
Excellent delivery service by the guys from storage.
