Not even willing to look into something. Sad day when a lawyer calls it quits before even getting all of the pertinent information. I am not a litigious kind of person but when someone is so dismissive you gotta wonder where their hearts are at when it comes to law. Anyways, happy to take business elsewhere. their website claims they help those in need, ya not the case. It's like any other law firm, profit comes first and the sanctity of what's right means very little to this firm, I suggest going elsewhere.
Years ago I had dealings with these guys, I was a pedestrian struck by a car in a cross walk, it took them years to settle and when they did settle for $5000 they refused to give me anything until I paid them 'disbursement fees', i was on income assistance at the time and couldn't pay them so they kept the settlement. CROOKED AF go to literally anyone else. Smaller firm can't get away with that type of thing.
Thomas Braidwood was very difficult to deal with. Refused repeated requests for meetings, screamed at me on the phone. His assistant was the only reason I rated him 1 star. His assistant showed signs of professionalism and compassion. Bad experience otherwise. Will never recommend.
Rushed into a settlement and then they took over 50%. Will never use again or ever recommend.
