Would have to be the worst organisation if you can call them that, I have ever dealt with. They are a one man band show who uses an external receptionist and Adam did not reply to my phone calls, text messages and emails. As I understand, Stephen Wawn has retired and did not return any of my calls, text messages and emails. This business has a very unprofessional approach with no regard for customer service. I would stay well clear.
Adam Vainauskas is a hard working and knowledgeable lawyer and he is also very approachable. I was extremely happy with the legal advice and service that he provided.

This is a review of me dealing with Stephen Wawn & Associates Lawyers that went from July 2023 to June 2024. I spoke to a man by the name of Adam. It was a situation regarding a neighbour complaint regarding their dog urinating, defecating odour and barking within a Strata scheme, I wasn't able to handle it on my end because my neighbour took out a provisional AVPO on me.
