I have engaged Stephen Wawn and Assoc over several years for many conveyancing transactions and found them to be courteous to deal with and they display strong attention to detail. I would happily recommend their services.
I have relied on Stephen Wawn and his team to manage my legal affairs, both real estate issues, Wills, Aged Care etc. They are very efficient, friendly, and reliable no matter how small or large the issue is.
Would have to be the worst organisation if you can call them that, I have ever dealt with. They are a one man band show who uses an external receptionist and Adam did not reply to my phone calls, text messages and emails. As I understand, Stephen Wawn has retired and did not return any of my calls, text messages and emails. This business has a very unprofessional approach with no regard for customer service. I would stay well clear.
Adam Vainauskas is a hard working and knowledgeable lawyer and he is also very approachable. I was extremely happy with the legal advice and service that he provided.
