Stephen was wonderful to work with! I gave him a challenging task of trying to photograph 7 people in a 1/4 plate tintype and the photos he took were awesome! He was also really informative about the whole process of how the tintype photos worked. He even let us watch and educated us through the photo developing process, which was SOOOO COOL! Everyone liked the photo so much we all ended up getting prints too! I hope to work with Stephen again down the road. 10/10 would recommend.

We went to Stephen Takacs for a tintype of our family. During the shoot, I was impressed by his friendliness and his attention to detail. After the shoot, I was excited when Stephen invited us to take turns in the darkroom and watch our tintypes being developed. I was blown away by the images that appeared.
