OMG, what a horrible loan broker! A refinance kicked off on April 21st was delayed by Stephen monthly until almost 8 months later!!! Every time I wanted to switch the lender, he begged me back. Stephen has been an expert in making empty promises without spending time to understand customer’s file in order to provide his client proper and timely guidance in order to obtain the approval from the underwriters.
