Stephen and Linda both great people to deal with
A well-deserved bad local reputation for customer service. On enquiring about the progress of my job, I was rudely told the tool had not been looked at and by the office staff I was told of how many other jobs there were, leaving me sure of where my job stood on the priority list. I returned the following day to retrieve my tool and on trying to explain why I was unhappy with my service I was shouted at and told to leave. Happy to do so and I won’t be back. AVOID
