Stephen works miracles. He listens to everything you say then he showed my husband some gently exercises to do on me. I've seen him twice in the last 5/6 years and the exercises really work. My first time I haven't had a problem since. This time it's a different injury but I really believe it will work again. I'm only one day in so need abit more time. Also he never makes you book lots of sessions with him. I can message him my progress but if I feel I need to see him again he is happy to do that. Can't recommend him enough.
