Mr. Hale overpromises and underdelivers. He helped me get a DV rep and then joined the judge AND my exes lawyer in berating and belittling me after having to start my entire life over from scratch because of my ex. Mr. Hale did nothing to protect my kids or save them from being placed in the wrong custody situation. Now all I hear is that theyre being belittled and called names and being abused by my ex because Mr. Hale FAILED us.
We signed him on to be our lawyer at an intial rate of 7500$ if we went to court, we signed paperwork stating we would pay him in payments. 3 days before our first court date (1week later) he demanded to be paid in full. He then tried to coerce us into negotiating with the people suing us so it wouldn’t go to court and it was obvious he didn’t want to take our case. Steven Hale is excellent! I got terrific advice, and he could not have been more generous with his time. I was recommended to him by someone who lost against him- that is how good he is. If you are cynical about Attorneys, I have to say he defies the stereotype by miles. Highest recommendation.
I recommend Mr. Hale to anybody who needs a lawyer that has their clients best interest at heart. Hes an amazing lawyer and super helpful and very professional. He will most definitely fight hard for you, no matter what it takes. Simply put, he's awesome to anybody who steps foot in his office.
