Un professional people. They don't trust truckers. They lies and then they'll call you a liar.
Very bad attitude. She gave me wrong measurement for a wide load and then she cancelled the load after we got loaded and got all the permit. even she didn't pay the cost of my permit yet. She called my driver a liar.
Horrible customer service, operator was very rude and unapologetic. Tiffany is the only representative with quality service.
