We have all made mistakes*** My son made bad choices which landed him in jail. I hired an attorney Evan Hoffman, I asked him to lower the weekly payments and he dropped the case after collecting over $3,000. So, the judge gave my son's case to Mr. Melnick. This attorney sat on the case for many months until the lesser charge was dropped but the more serious one remained. For 2 years my son sat in jail. The Attorney was sooo very disrespectful.
