Steve did an awesome job handling my case . He was up front and honest of what he was going to do and potential outcome. He charged me a reasonable amount. He handled and went to my court dates and kept me informed and got me a great deal with the state. I’m honestly grateful for his services. He even went out of his way to assist me when the clerks office gave me issues. Very thankful for his services. I praise God for him.

It is my belief that this attorney drove my boyfriend, who was in mental health court, to suicide. Then, I asked for $1,000 back that I paid him for a hearing to remove my boyfriend's ankle monitor. Stephen Melnick told my boyfriend in person that the judge never removes monitors from people in mental health court. There was never a hearing and he won't give me my money back. I can't thank Attorney Melnick enough! I applied for my passport and received a letter in the mail saying my passport was denied due to a warrant for my arrest in Ft Lauderdale Florida from 11/03/1993, I live 1400 miles away and did not know what to do, from my first phone call with Mr. Melnick he assured me that he will take care of it and let me just say it was dismissed 3 days later without me having to travel there.
