Absolutely THE BEST at what she does, there should be a 6th star for brokers likes this. There was a troubled house that we fell in love with but couldn't get financing because of the $60k repairs needed(Septic, roof, well etc). I made a list of over 25 banks and brokers to call. After calling bank after bank, broker after broker, we finally found Stephanie.
