I applied for a loan and it was approved for more than I wanted. I did all the paperwork and just before closing Stephanie said the was just a couple more forms to sign. One of them was a loan modification form. APR jumped from mid 6 to 9.75. Total bait and switch. Stephanie Spada is a crook. No integrity
