I recently enjoyed a beautiful silent day retreat with thoughtfully guided practices like tea blessing, mirror work, cacao ceremony, and sound bath. The small group setting made it feel safe and supportive to open up. Loved the nourishing Buddha bowl lunch at the Marigold Room—perfectly aligned with the day’s focus on self-love and mind–body connection. Left feeling grounded and refreshed. Stephanie is incredible!!

Stephanie is extremely talented in all of her modalities, including coaching, sound healing, art, workshops, and more. She pours all of herself into everything that she does and it shows with loving kindness and a beautiful experience. When attending any of her workshops, she has thought of every detail to leave you feeling cared, comforted, and welcome.
