I trusted her to send all of my medical records into social security and when I got my denial and the reason I was denied it said they didn’t have any records showing the illness that I said I had. I had sent all of my records to her. When I asked her about it all she said was that they had sent them in. I probably wouldn’t have gave her a 1 star if she would have apologized and told me the truth that they didn’t get sent in for some reason.
