Honestly, I cannot say enough about the therapists- especially Beth! The billing department, however is a NIGHTMARE! They billed something wrong to my insurance company and despite my insurance company reaching out to them repeatedly, they have not fixed the error. It has been almost a year now. Currently, I am starting to receive collection notices- since instead of correcting the initial error, they must have forwarded it on- plus, the amount they say I owe keeps increasing.
