I offer hand-building with clay and mixed media workshops (painting, collage and drawing). No experience is necessary! All you need to bring is your creative playful spirit and I will guide you through the rest! I also host girls night out, birthday parties, and weekend workshops. I've attended two workshops at Stephanie's studio. What I love is that she is so easy to learn from! Things are organized and her experience as a teacher is how I magically created beautiful art that I could not do as a beginner. She has a patient, playful style which alleviated a bit of anxiety because I'd never worked with clay before. I have done a few of the ceramic classes. Stephanie is an awesome teacher, she walks you through each step. Even if it’s your first time, your finished art will look like you’ve been doing it for years. Highly recommend taking her classes.
I cannot say enough how much I enjoy classes at Stephanie's Studio. Before taking the Birdhouse class I had not worked with clay. I have now taken multiple clay and mixed media classes and also work independently at her open studio time. Stephanie's hands on teaching method combined with her personality gives me the confidence to use my imagination to create.
I had a great time in Stephanie’s class. Before I got there I was thinking no way I could make a frog out of clay!! But with Stephanie’s step by step instructions and positive environment it happened! I will definitely be signing up for more classes. This was my first time working with clay.
Stephanie is such an amazing artist and person. I have taken several of her classes and enjoyed them all so much. Her hands on teaching and friendly welcoming spirit are a joy to be around. And her intimate beautiful studio is amazing.I recommend that if you're interested in playing with clay or mixed media take one of her classes! You won't regret it.
