If zero out of 5 stars was an option that is what I would have rated our experience with her as a loan officer. I am a first time home buyer and did not do deep enough research into who we chose for our mortgage loan. In the beginning Stephanie was very attentive and responsive. She was the only one of the loan officers whom we reached out to that responded within that same day and was very kind over the phone. That was clearly just an act.
