Unfortunately, this visit did not meet my expectations. The doctor did not appear to have a clear understanding of the issue and communicated that poorly. She asked very few questions, offered no suggestions or treatment options, and had a very flat bedside manner. I left without clarity or direction. There’s a reason other patients are only leaving poor reviews.

I would’ve preferred a little more compassion as I was crying explaining what was happening & instead I was just told I was getting a pregnancy test (I told her multiple I was not pregnant) & that was that. Instead of even receiving a phone call for my negative results, I got a message on the app. I never got an answer to my then issue, but got even more confirmation I wasn’t pregnant.

Terrible experience. I started going to this practice for my first pregnancy and felt left behind at each visit. There was no explanation of care given, I was billed incorrectly 3 times and the one was never resolved and I just cut my losses on it. I tried to let the one care provider know about my many ongoing issues with the practice and how I did not feel comfortable or trusting of their advocation of me as a patient and it went in one ear and out the other. This is the worst doctors office I’ve ever been with. They would schedule me hours before the office even opened , tell me one day on the phone then have it scheduled a different day , they never knew what was going on it seemed, they had me running all over for blood tests and other tests because they would have my paper work wrong. I’ve had multiple times my doctor would prescribe me medicine telling me my insurance would cover it and when I went to get it my insurance did not. I would never recommend this place to anyone.
