I would’ve preferred a little more compassion as I was crying explaining what was happening & instead I was just told I was getting a pregnancy test (I told her multiple I was not pregnant) & that was that. Instead of even receiving a phone call for my negative results, I got a message on the app. I never got an answer to my then issue, but got even more confirmation I wasn’t pregnant.
Terrible experience. I started going to this practice for my first pregnancy and felt left behind at each visit. There was no explanation of care given, I was billed incorrectly 3 times and the one was never resolved and I just cut my losses on it. I tried to let the one care provider know about my many ongoing issues with the practice and how I did not feel comfortable or trusting of their advocation of me as a patient and it went in one ear and out the other. This is the worst doctors office I’ve ever been with. They would schedule me hours before the office even opened , tell me one day on the phone then have it scheduled a different day , they never knew what was going on it seemed, they had me running all over for blood tests and other tests because they would have my paper work wrong. I’ve had multiple times my doctor would prescribe me medicine telling me my insurance would cover it and when I went to get it my insurance did not. I would never recommend this place to anyone.
Good doctor the staff was confused though which is why i didnt give 5 stars. I went in for my first scheduled ultrasound to figure out the sex of my baby and the secretary said i wasnt scheduled for an ultrasound. Because there was no communication from doctor to secretary at the end of last appointment she told me the ultrasound was scheduled when i got there they said the secretary forgot to schedule very upsetting because we were planning to tell families at Thanksgiving.
