They did their job and what they were paid to do but make sure you're on top of them for information. Multipletimes I had to reach out to get information when buying my house to which there was a lot of running around and suddenly unsure if paperwork from the bank was up to date. Was later told I was given information when it wasn't actually given and when I asked for electronic copy I was met with "You'll get in a week or two by mail." So maybe don't expect much from them. I had brief interaction with Stephane, who had come referred to me by two friends. He was quick to respond, was extremely helpful and guided me to the correct people I needed to talk to to have my issue addressed.
