Stephane was wonderful in squeezing me in 3 weeks before close and Alexis helped make the rest of the closing process almost seamless. He responded to my emails well after hours and after some land title issues, he worked hard to make sure I could close on time. Would recommend to anyone
I called simply to get information, not to argue, not to waste anyone’s time and I was met with an attitude like I was inconveniencing them by even dialing the number. The girl on the line made it clear, through her tone alone, that she couldn't be bothered. If answering a basic question is too much to ask, maybe someone else should be picking up the phone. A business is only as professional as the people representing it, and this was not it.
