Steph Johnson is an exceptional Physical Therapist, helping me with shoulder and ankle issues in a thoughtful and caring manner. Her extensive knowledge and commitment to excellence is also reflected in a strength and fitness class she leads weekly. Her bright and animated personality brings smiles as one is encouraged to work towards a stronger and healthier being.
I attend Steph’s strength class on Monday evenings at Personal Pilates Plus and her classes are great! She does a great job of incorporating a lot of functional training. I also appreciate her attention to our form and how she tailors classes to the season by including exercises that support skiing and hiking
