After plenty of time of as my physio, treating whatever damage I do to myself while helping me proactively train to avoid downtime in the mountains, I’ve also hired her as my running coach. Stephanie has vast knowledge base and her experience with working with endurance athletes is very apparent. I came in with a should injury and shortly after treatment I was back to 100 percent. She is very friendly and made me feel comfortable right away. Her office is clean and located in the back of a cute local gym, overall a great experience!
