Scheduled a much needed Dr appointment for my daughter, kept her home from school to go and scheduled Step Stone three days prior. 8am (pickup time) came and went, no call or text. At 8:45 I verified the scheduled ride with MAS, and then called the transportation company three times, no answer. No call to explain, nothing. Incompetent and inconsiderate are the words I would use to describe these people.

Best medical transportation I've used! On time! Good communication, the owner speaks multiple languages. The best part is they are reliable!

This company really always takes such good care of my mother who os delayed and requires special assistance. Every time their drivers ate on time, communicate well, go above and beyond to make sure she is safe. One time recently she wondered away from her appointment location and the driver found her and took her home safely. They are very kind, honest and reliable people. Please use them as they deserve your business.
