I'm on Transit road with one of their Vans right now with a 13 on it and this guy almost caused four accidents in 5 minutes. This thing looks like a pile, I don't know who in their right mind would get into this van with this driver.
Parked in a handicap spot at Dollar General in Sanborn. Unattended vehicle. Just because it is a medical transport scam, doesn’t give them the right to park there.
Over 40 minutes late and when I called to check on the driver, they answered the phone and just said "hello". If course the answer we got was the usual "driver is on his way" not how far or how long, etc. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
Drivers that we request is always late so we stopped their services and went with another transportation place
Asked for a non smoker driver due to husband being on oxygen, can out of his appointment and the driver was smoking. That was one driver the second driver almost hit vehicles in the back end had to hit brakes fast. And ramp kept hitting my husband in the head. And when driver turn a corner my husband in a wheelchair would tip.Never again will I go through this company and I did report it to medical transportation services
