My surgeon highly recommended lymphatic drainage massages, 2 days postop, twice a week for a minimum of 3 weeks and then once a week for 2 to 3 months. I knew 2 days postop I would be in no condition to drive nor get in and out of a car, even if my husband drove me. I reached out to Step Out of Time via text to see if by chance they did home visits. Great experience, will definitely be back. I have received excellent work from both Sam and Rae and I haven't left unimpressed. They care for their work, which is not only the work what I need, but also find and fix the aches and pains I didn't know I had.

The energy and care put into Sam and Rae's space for step out of time is one of healing and relaxation. I have been seeing Rae for craniosacral massage. She is very attentive to your needs, and is adept at listening to the body. Highly recommended!
